- I see mistakes like this by the dozens almost every day. I think they throw the report together and never give it a second look. Correct composition is almost a dead "art". Chalk it up to laziness and "whatever" with the current generation.

- Correct. Spread the money to the victims and shut the fund down. It does not need to be extended to provide money for the future. The money was meant for the victims of the bombinb, no one else. Geez, this is not rocket science.

- Why reward a person for doing what he/she is supposed to do? I saw this same type of program when I worked at a large manufacturing company. It was finally abandoned for the reason I stated: you don't get rewarded for doing what you are getting paid for.
